BACK TO BASICS WORKOUT Body weight workouts are one of the hottest fitness trends for 2013! Ditch the complicated exercises and get BACK TO BASICS! Think old school fitness, like you did back in the day. This body weight only workout is designed for you to use one thing and one thing only~your own body weight as your fitness tool! The beauty of a body weight only workout is that you can do these exercises ANYWHERE and they hit all of the major muscle groups. They can be performed faster, increasing your strength and endurance. My 3 boys train in our yard using some of these techniques and also push a 200lb tire truck up our driveway!
Workout:
Perform each exercise for 1 minute each. The Dot Agility Drill will be performed for 2 minutes. Rest 30 seconds at the end of the circuit. Complete the circuit between 1 – 3 times.
Quick Feet
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
Bear Crawls
Prisoner Squats
Plank Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Push Ups
Dot Agility Drill
