3 Equipment Free Workouts


When you're a busy girl on the go, you don't always have time to hit the gym or take a class. Instead, you make do with what you've got, even if what you've got is nothing! Here are three, quick workouts that don't require any equipment at all and can be done in several circuits to achieve real results. Enjoy!

Try this one to tone your arms and look great in sleeveless tops. Do the bicep burls without weights, or for an added challenge use a water bottle, soup cans, or even your shampoo bottle!

This one will have your thighs burning tomorrow! For an added push, try adding some weight to your squats and lunges.
