Core Work Outs
Warm Up:
1. 1 set of jumping jacks for 30 seconds
2. 1 set of big arm circles for 30 seconds
3. 1 set of standing torso twists for 30 seconds
4. 1 set of wrist circles for 30 seconds
5. 1 set of burpees for 30 seconds
6. 1 set of back pedals for 30 seconds
7. 1 set of jumping jacks for 30 seconds
8. 1 set of burpees for 30 seconds
Core:
1. 1 set of 30 sit ups
2. 1 set of 50 compound crunches
3. 1 set of 50 twisting sit ups
4. 1 set of 50 body weight goodmornings
5. 1 set of 80 arm extended side crunch (80 each side)
6. 1 set of 80 regular crunches
7. 1 set of 60 second side planks (60 seconds each side)
8. REPEAT X2!
Cool Down:
1. Upward Dog Pose- hold for 30 seconds
2. Elbow Across Stretch- hold for 30 seconds, each side
3. Standing Forward Bed- hold for 30 seconds
4. Straight Leg Lunge- hold for 30 seconds, each side
5. Drink some water and relax for 3-5 minutes, YOU ARE DONE! :)
